Delivery
Once we receive your order, we aim to have your parcel packed and handed over to Royal Mail for delivery on the same day (providing you have placed your order by 3pm GMT on a weekday). All orders received on a Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday.
We will send you an email to let you know when your parcel has been dispatched.

Please note, the maximum weight allowance for small parcels delivered by Royal Mail is 2kg; if your parcel exceeds this weight, it will either be split into separate packages or sent by courier. The total weight of your order will be displayed in both the basket and checkout pages of the website.
International Customers:
Royal Mail’s Signed and Tracked & Signed services are only available to selected countries; the delivery services available to your country will be displayed at checkout.

Please note, for deliveries to non-EU countries, your parcel may be subject to additional customs charges, that you will be required to pay on receipt of your parcel.
Due to postal restrictions, we are unable to deliver to the following countries:
Balkans, Belarus, Burma/Myanmar, Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Eritrea, Federal Republic of Yugoslavia & Serbia, International Criminal Tribunal for The Former Yugoslavia, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, North Korea, Republic of Guinea, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Zimbabwe.
Lost Items
In the rare event that your item has not arrived, please let us know by email, and quote your order number in the message.
We are unable to refund or replace your order until the following time frames have elapsed since we dispatched your order:
Rest of the World: 25 Working Days
Royal Mail classify Monday to Friday as being ‘working days’. You are very welcome to contact us before this time if you’d like to notify us of a delay in delivery. We are however, unable to provide a refund for delayed parcels.
If your parcel has gone missing, please let us know if you would prefer a refund or a replacement product to be sent to you. Replacements are subject to availability and if one is not available, a refund will be given instead.
We will process your refund immediately once the appropriate time frame has elapsed.
